Guatemala Cubulco

Another favorite is back in the roast house ! Cubulco is a coffee that makes me think of this time of year. All of the glorious smells in the air from people baking cookies, pies,  brownies and yummy desserts that smell amazing and drift on the cool air for miles.  I could give you the break-down on all of the individual flavors I can pick out of this one but I am just going to sum it up with 3 words.....oatmeal raisin cookies ! yes, its all in there, naturally. nothing added nothing taken away, just perfectly roasted coffee from this  region of central america . Did I mention oatmeal and raisin cookies ? Get lost in great coffee !
